An orientation meeting for new students 1447AH

The Department of Information Technology organized an orientation meeting for new students, which began with a welcome address by the Head of the Department. In his speech, he welcomed the students, introduced them to the program, encouraged them to pursue diligence and hard work, and highlighted the support resources available within the college.
Following that, the Head of the Educational Affairs Unit presented an overview of the program and the study plan, helping students to clearly map out their academic journey from the very beginning.

The meeting also featured two outstanding student contributions:

Student Abdullah Bamousa shared his experience participating with a scientific poster at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things, hosted by the University of Jeddah in May 2025, in addition to his participation in the Talented Students Summer Camps of 2025.

Student Abdulqader Al-Saqqaf gave a presentation about his journey in pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at the Al-Kamil branch of the university, offering valuable advice to his fellow new students to support them in their academic path.
