The University of Jeddah hosted the International Conference on Innovation in Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things 2025, held on May 6–7, 2025, with the participation of distinguished experts, researchers, and decision-makers.
The conference aimed to exchange knowledge on the latest developments in AI and IoT, explore future trends of these technologies and their impact on industries and societies, and to build partnerships that promote technological innovation and research collaboration.

The student Abdullah Anas Bamousa from the Department of Information Technology, College of Computing and Information Technology in Al-Kamil, participated in the conference with a scientific poster that demonstrated the use of deep reinforcement learning techniques to enhance the performance of self-learning systems. This participation reflects the excellence of the department’s students and their active engagement in scientific and research forums.
